With a stable and busy trade and with multiple food and beverage areas, we are seeking a motivated, creative and dynamic leader. The overall role is to oversee their food and beverage as well as functions outlets and focus on operations, service and success.

The Role

As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for all the operations and team members, reporting directly to the board. As the Food and Beverage Operations manager, you will be challenged to meet and exceed guests expectations. You will be part of the menu developments, hire, manage and train new staff and you will ensure to keep the high standards of the club and community.

Experience

• Multiple years experience in Food and Beverage Management experience in a busier club or pub environment.
• Strong with P&Ls, budgets and reporting.
• Solid Customer service background and are able to build a team and instil the ethic of WOW factors.
• Very up to date knowledge of food and beverage trends.
• Experience with reporting to a board and stakeholders.
• Have a leadership style that is inclusive, open and direct and are able to motivate a larger team
• Great computer skills with stakeholders, suppliers, your team and the local community.
• A strong commitment to a polished presentation.
