Your part in our UnitingCare Community team
We are currently seeking to appoint a Community Support Worker to work as a part of our UnitingCare Qld Discovery Coast programs based in Agnes Waters on a permanent full-time basis 76 hours per fortnight.
This position is responsible for the provision of support to the practitioners and the families who access Discovery Coast Community Support and Youth Services.
What makes a difference for us?
Tertiary qualifications in a human services or related field or relevant work experience combined with other relevant qualifications is required
Experience in intake and assessment work within family support services
Demonstrated experience in working across the community sector and child protection systems to support vulnerable families
Current Drivers Licence
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
