The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team in Thomastown. As a key member of our Sales Department, you’ll play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting internal sales activities. This is a varied and rewarding position that blends customer support, administration and sales coordination. A key focus is developing comprehensive product knowlege to progessively enhance the level of support provided to customers.
For the right candidate, this position offers the potential for career progression once a strong understanding of the company’s products has been established.

Responsibilites
Sales Support / Customer Service
· Respond to customer service enquiries via phone and email
· Provide product information and /or allocate enquiries and tasks to other team members
· Appointment setting as required or directed by sales staff
· Conduct basic telemarketing, follow up leads to promote products and services
· Monitor multiple inboxes and assign to relevant team members as required
· Respond to customer requests for sales and marketing materials and prepare for sales staff
· Prepare quote and related information for spare parts and contractor enquiries as appropriate
· Follow up customer requirements and experience
· Attend sales meetings as required and minutes taking
· Actively learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company’s products and services
· Apply product knowledge to better assist customers and support the sales process
Administration and Marketing
· Prepare proposal dossiers and sales related information
· Prepare quotations and respond to customer requests
· Maintain and update CRM records
· Social media and marketing tasks under marketing department direction
· Administer website updates under marketing department direction
· Prepare and distribute project documentation e.g., Owner’s Manuals etc.
· Assisting preparation for trade exhibitions and conferences with marketing department
· Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
· Maintain safe and tidy work environment.
· Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales and customer support processes
What we're looking for
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
· Willingness to learn and retain detailed product knowledge
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with CRM Systems (or willingness to learn)
· Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate information
· At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
