Based in Bondi Junction, the Dermal Therapy skincare brand – a trusted brand offering clinically proven solutions for specific skin needs across multiple skincare categories, has been growing 30%+, and as a result is offering a very exciting role for a National Sales Coordinator during a strong growth phase of our business.
Position Purpose
To provide administrative support to the National Sales Manager & National Sales Account Executive. Coordinating field sales activities & provide a high level of customer service to all internal & external stake holders. We are searching for an enthusiastic, driven, highly organised individual to join our dynamic team as an in-house resource to help support our Sales team, in driving growth across the our brands in Australia & New Zealand.
The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player who loves working within a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
Provide efficient and effective daily administration support to the Sales team
Assist and co-ordinate the production of materials and point of sale mail-outs (internal approval system, production and distribution) to ensure they are delivered by set deadlines
Co-ordinate internal and external business meetings and training sessions, customer meetings, sales conferences, symposia, forums and other
Coordinate with sales team to order sample products and pack trade samples for Category Reviews
Ensure brands are represented accurately on Customer websites, with updates and new product listings.
Manage and coordinate artwork for catalogue copy,leading artwork briefing and facilitating approval.
Manage relationship and all aspects of online ordering system betweensales/marketing
Coordinate with Marketing to manage inventory for all POS materials and ensurethey are available to sales teams as required.
Manage and maintain Master Product Pricing &Ranging Guide for the Business Unit
Manage and maintain event calendars and team meeting calendars
Arrange travel bookings for members of the team ensuring all approvals are within LCH’s Travel policy
Assist with fulfilment of promotions and prizes
Co-ordinate meetings within budget and deadlines
Support the co-ordination of company meetings(eg.Tradeconferences,budgetplanning, training) including attendance, logistics and requirements, catering,agenda, materials as required
Support National Sales Manager to organise cycle meetings including venue andaccommodation sourcing, catering, travel logistics for BU and any external attendee’s equipment, marketing materials and ad hoc requirements).
Management of Trade spend ensuring accurate tracking, reporting and payment within the business timeframe.
Ideal Candidate requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role supporting pharmacy sales
Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills(Essential)
Strong networking and relationship building skills
High quality and effective verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Good knowledge of Publisher(Desirable)
Good knowledge of Canva
Working knowledge of SFDC(Desirable)
Working knowledge of SAP(Desirable)
