ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Building & Facilities Managers

ABOUT YOU
You will ideally have
- An Industry recognised qualification in Facilities/Building Management or trade qualifications
AND/OR
- A reasonable period of demonstrated experience in a Facilities Management or Building Management role
AND/OR
- Technical trade specific experience/qualifications

A genuine passion for Building & Facilities Management industry
A strong client service focus
In depth technical knowledge
Ability to build solid professional relationships with Residents and Strata Committees
Ability to read & interpret budgets & financials
Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management
Good understanding of OH&S requirements.
Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to systems and procedures
Great communication skills, both written and verbal - previous report writing experience
The ability to prioritize and schedule works.
The ability to work autonomously
A passion and interest in progressing your career within the sector

Remuneration is above market salary and dependant on experience within the sector
