The Role

What will you do?
Following onboarding and intensive training, you will be responsible for taking on the management of a prestigious 7-year old mixed-use BMC in Kensington. With a high degree of support from our team, you will develop into the position of taking ultimate responsibility for the building's reactive and planned maintenance, as well as projects.
You will develop your knowledge of asset management in the strata-sphere to increase your abilities to liaise with trades, residents, and the Committee to resolve issues in the building you are supporting.
You will support the building and facilities management team in handling contractors' reactive and preventative maintenance, including documentation, review of works and scheduling programmed works.
You will support the building and facilities management team in managing data structures and database integrity while keeping meticulous records for our clients using building management software.
You will support the building and facilities management team during days of leave by being the onsite contact to receive and handle incoming service requests, document activity and provide a handover.
You will work within, support and be supported by the team to ensure the satisfaction of the buildings and residents we represent.
