About the Role

As the Enterprise Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing Scentia’s Salesforce-centric ecosystem. You’ll lead the design, integration, and strategic development of enterprise platforms and solutions that support the company’s growth and operational goals. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys translating business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain a Salesforce-centred architecture strategy that aligns with Scentia’s business goals.

Lead the development of end-to-end solution designs covering application, data, integration, and security.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and guide development teams toward best-practice solutions.

Evaluate new Salesforce features and cloud technologies, making strategic recommendations for adoption.

Establish and enforce platform standards to ensure performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

Oversee data governance and cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with education sector regulations.

Mentor and provide technical leadership to Salesforce administrators and developers.

About you

You have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise-level solution design.

You're certified in Salesforce (e.g. CTA, System/Application Architect) and hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or IT.

You bring deep expertise across Salesforce products including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

You’re confident designing scalable, secure platforms with strong API integration and cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

You have strong interpersonal skills and can effectively bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.

You thrive in agile environments, navigating ambiguity and making clear, strategic technical decisions.
