An exciting opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a major transformation program, driving enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and solution design across ERP, CRM, finance, HR, and customer platforms.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Data and AI to help shape and lead the enterprise architecture function for a major transformation program.

You’ll play a key role in aligning technology strategy with business goals — particularly in the areas of data architecture, analytics, and AI enablement.

What you’ll do

• Lead enterprise architecture frameworks, focusing on data strategy, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Design and maintain current and target state architectures to enable data-driven business models.
• Guide solution architecture to align with enterprise principles, data governance, and AI readiness.
• Analyse the technology landscape, identify data and analytics gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Establish governance to manage data architecture and AI capability development.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on data-led innovation roadmaps.

Key Experience

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture roles within large, complex environments.
• Expertise in data architecture, integration, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Solid understanding of data modelling, governance, MDM, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with integration tools and APIs; experience with Informatica, MuleSoft advantageous.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems like Workday, Salesforce, Campus Solutions, or similar.
• Practical experience working in agile environments and supporting product teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• TOGAF or similar architecture certification preferred

WFH: Hybrid working model - 50% in office
Salary: $230k-$260k Package
