Job Description:

Atlas Digital Innovations is expanding its architecture practice and actively hiring Enterprise Architects, Business Architects, and Platform Architects to support major digital transformation initiatives across the public sector.

Please note: We are not currently recruiting for Solution Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architects:

Align digital strategy to organisational goals through the development of target states, capability roadmaps, and investment planning.

Shape enterprise-level architecture blueprints that guide transformational change across portfolios.

Business Architects:

Translate strategic priorities into operational models by mapping business capabilities, value streams, and optimising business processes.

Support portfolio and program planning with clear business models and capability impact analysis.

Platform Architects:

Design and guide the evolution of shared technology platforms that support multiple business solutions, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and whole-of-government alignment.

Provide platform advisory services to strengthen technical foundations across cloud, integration, CRM, identity, and other enterprise systems.

Across all roles:

Engage directly with government partners to understand needs and co-develop strategic solutions.

Contribute to the uplift of internal (APS) capability through coaching, mentoring, and practical support.

Balance strategic vision with pragmatic, delivery-focused advice.

Experience:

A positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on outcomes.

Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the architecture disciplines (Enterprise, Business, or Platform).

Experience working in complex, regulated environments (government sector experience highly regarded).

Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, and related best practices.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Flexibility to work strategically across disciplines when needed to support delivery outcomes.
