We are working with an innovative IT managed services company who have provided high quality IT solutions to their client base for over 25 years. As their growth continues strongly in 2025, this organisation is seeking a professional System Engineer, with a passion for ensuring that customers receive a superior service.

The role will see you delivering both onsite and remote technical support to an existing client base, whose users range in size from 5 to 100+. Their processes have been effectively streamlined to provide a fast, friendly, and professional service to their clients.

Candidates will ideally have implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and migration experience with:

Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange

Microsoft 365 Core Apps (Exchange Online, Office Online, Teams, SharePoint Online)

Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance

Microsoft Azure

VMware/Hyper-V Virtual Environment

Microsoft Certification

Experienced with ticketing / helpdesk tools such as Autotask, Ncentral etc.

Ideally you will have previously worked in a managed services provider (MSP) or similar environment, supporting multiple clients and closing helpdesk tickets. You will be able to confidently work autonomously, be an outstanding communicator and thrive on building strong working relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
