Our client is a well-regarded, independent advisory firm with a national presence, known for its ethical approach and strong client relationships. Based in the Sydney CBD, the firm offers flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home. Despite recent market conditions, the business continues to grow steadily. As part of this growth, they are now looking to appoint a Client Service Manager to support one of their senior financial advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client files and coordinate administrative workflows

Liaise directly with clients and advisers to support day-to-day operations

Prepare documentation for Statements of Advice (SOAs) in collaboration with paraplanners

Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensee requirements

Lodge forms with product providers and follow up as required

Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner

Assist with implementation of advice and ongoing administration

About You:

At least 12 months of administration experience in a financial planning environment

Exposure to advice implementation processes

Familiarity with Xplan preferred (but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident, client-focused, and professional in your communication

Team-oriented, friendly, and dependable

What’s on Offer:

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Super + Bonus (based on experience)
