Key Responsibilities
Act as the central point of communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and order updates.
Manage and process sales orders for custom print jobs, ensuring accuracy in specifications such as materials, formats, and timelines.
Coordinate with production teams to monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate records of client information, job specifications, and order history in the company's CRM system.
Support in preparing sales proposals and quotes tailored to client requirements.
Assist the Sales Manager with tracking sales targets, analyzing performance, and generating reports.
Organize and schedule client meetings, presentations, and site visits for the Sales Manager and team.
Resolve client concerns by liaising with internal teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to support the sales strategy.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Co-ordinator with:
A minimum of 3 years in Sales support/Co-ordination(or similar).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
Initiative: Looks for new and productive ways to make an impact when it comes to generating innovative ideas or processes.
Willing to take ownership of key tasks with a 'closing the loop mentality'.
