This role is ideal for someone with strong administration or executive assistant experience wanting flexible working arrangements.
About the Role
This position is responsible for administration support to one of our most experienced Sales Consultants & Partners.
An overview of the role;
• Administration assistance
• Preparing sales appraisals, listing presentations and proposals for clients
• Analysing and preparing reports on market data
• Co-ordinating with vendors, buyers and external suppliers
• Co-ordinating and assisting with Open For Inspections & Auctions
• Database management
About You
To succeed in this position you will need;
• 4 + years’ experience in administration or as an Executive Assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (particularly excel) and Outlook
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Have a Victorian Drivers License and reliable vehicle
• An Agents Representative Certificate or be willing to obtain it
• Real estate experience, although not essential, would be an advantage
Hours of Work
This is a part-time role and hours can be varied depending on your requirements.
Working 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Thursday and Friday, assisting with Saturday OFI's.
OR
Working 9.30 am to 3.00 pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, as well as assisting with Saturday OFI's.
Note: Saturday work is required to support Open For Inspections and varies depending on the number of properties listed. However, as a general rule you will not be required to work a full day on Saturdays.
