About the Role:

• Position: Construction Supervisor
• Location: Brisbane (Southside)
• Reporting to: Area Construction Manager
• Projects: Oversee up to 20 residential builds simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all stages of construction across multiple residential sites, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Lead subcontractors and trades, upholding the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Build strong, proactive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
• Enforce the highest health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.

About You:
Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or a relevant construction qualification (preferred).
• QBCC Supervisors Licence (essential).

Experience:

• A minimum of 2+ years supervising 15+ residential projects concurrently for a volume builder.
• A proven track record with a stable employment history.
• Ability to effectively lead teams and collaborate to achieve project goals.
