Design & Build has partnered with an Australian-owned builder that specialises across an array of projects including Residential Medium-Density, Commercial New Build, Refurbishments, High End Residential and more.

Due to their continued success across VIC, they are on a growth journey and have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join their team and assist in the delivery of residential projects in the Port Fairy and Warrnambool regions.

As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Running the entire lifecycle of the build from early works through to lock up.
• Managing day-to-day construction process.
• Keep regular, weekly contact with the client.
• Leading and manage a team of qualified subcontractors.
• Liaising with externally trades, labour, and supply-chain.

To be considered for the position of Site Supervisor you will require:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in the residential construction market.
• Previous experience in Medium Density is highly regarded.
• Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Must have a valid drivers licence.
