My client is a residential boutique home builder based in Brisbane who have a solid reputation in the market for building design focused and quality luxury homes throughout Queensland.

⭐⭐⭐They are seeking an experienced and versatile Site Supervisor who is also capable of supporting the Construction Manager in various day-to-day operations as a 2IC ⭐⭐⭐

If you have a proven track record of supervising construction sites and are eager to take on additional responsibilities, this could be the perfect role for you!

If you are an experienced Site Supervisor who is a problem solver, has a good attitude and wants to get out of the project home space this is the role for you.

You will still have 1 -2 jobs of your own on top of assisting the Construction Manager when needed. This will also included scheduling/managing maintenance.

What you need:

• QBCC Site Supervisor License/Builders License
• 5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor (experience working in a residential custom AND project home environment is highly desirable)
• Strong communicator and good with tech - personable!
• Willingness to learn and try new things

You will receive a market high base salary+super along with a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and phone.

This opportunity in particular primarily has sites based throughout Brisbane Inner City Suburbs out to Bayside - this would be best suited to candidates located in Brisbane.
