Our client is a well-established, expanding luxury custom homebuilder located on the Gold Coast, QLD. With a reputation for architectural excellence and premium craftsmanship, they are a respected name in Queensland’s high-end residential sector. Due to an expanding pipeline of projects, the company is growing its Building Supervising team to meet increasing demand and support continued growth.

The Role: Building Supervisor

As a key part of a close-knit, passionate team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-range to high-end residential custom builds. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a company that prides itself on craftsmanship, integrity, and a highly personalised service offering.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the build of up to 18 residential projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of construction.
• Ensuring and driving high standards & high performance from subcontractors & trades
• Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed to schedule & budget
• Ensuring HSE standards are met

What You Need to Bring:

• Extensive experience in supervising custom residential builds (volume experience will also be considered but custom is essential).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously, with a track record of delivering high-end projects.
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or a related qualification preferred.
• QBCC Supervisors Licence
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage trades effectively.
• A stable employment history with reputable building companies.
• Professional, well-presented, and committed to exceptional customer service.

• Competitive salary of $120,000 – $130,000 + superannuation
