Are you a carpenter by trade looking to step up or expand your experience in site leadership? Or a seasoned foreman / supervisor? This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable construction business delivering a luxury 4-storey residence in Hamilton, build valued at $7M.

Working directly under a highly experienced project manager and supported by a strong leadership team, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a key project while continuing to learn and develop within the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervising day-to-day operations on site

Coordinating subcontractors and trades

Managing a team of 4 internal staff onsite + subbies

Overseeing all aspects of the build - from earthworks through to finishes

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager

Maintaining site safety, quality, and timelines

✔️ Carpentry trade background
✔️ Strong knowledge of construction processes across multiple trades
✔️ Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
✔️ Someone who's hungry to learn and grow within the business
✔️ Comfortable asking questions and working in a transparent, team-first environment
