This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Estimator to join a multi-award-winning, luxury residential builder based in Brisbane.

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 + Superannuation (dependent on experience)
Location: Brisbane, QLD
Reporting to: Estimating Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed take-offs for a range of custom luxury residential projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilise DataBuild software to efficiently manage estimation workflows and project data.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including drafting, sales, site supervisors, and fellow estimators to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Drive the sales estimating process, applying your knowledge to deliver accurate and competitive costings.
• Confidently liaise with sales staff to provide expert advice on client designs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project budgets and scope.

Required Experience & Attributes:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an estimating role within the residential construction sector, ideally on custom home builds.
• Strong expertise in Sales Estimating is essential — this role has a heavy sales estimating focus.
• Proven ability to estimate a range of project types including KDRs, sloping sites, and block base builds.
• Proficiency with DataBuild is required.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
