About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Bakery Sales Assistant to join our team at our Morisset, NSW location. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our busy bakery. If you have a passion for food and a flair for providing great customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with their bakery purchases

Preparing and serving fresh baked goods, including breads, pastries, and other treats

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bakery display and service areas

Restocking and replenishing products as needed

Handling cash and card payments in a friendly and efficient manner

Supporting the overall operations of the bakery as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a bakery or food service environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A genuine interest in food and a passion for providing high-quality products and experiences

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
