About the role

Rawspice Boutique, a women's clothing store located in the coastal town of South West Rocks, NSW, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a casual role, offering flexibility.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and a personalised shopping experience

Assisting customers with product selection and styling

Maintaining a neat, well-stocked and visually appealing store

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Supporting the team with stock management and merchandising tasks

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for fashion and customer service

Retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry, but training will be provided

A team-player attitude and the ability to multitask

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

General administration and point of sale

Organised and self directed who can work independently or as part of a team
