Focusing on cool and comfortable fashion. In 2024 we launched our in-house brand ‘Exotic Import’ focusing on hand printed graphic basics. Exotic Import runs in unison with the brands we hold.

Casual Sales Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant at Who Boutique. As a Sales Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers, and ensuring they have a positive experience while shopping with us. Your job will also include work for Who Boutiques in-house brand Exotic Import.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service

Actively promoting Who Boutique's fashion collections

Maintaining store presentation and tidiness

Managing stock levels

Contributing to overall sales targets

Embodying and representing our brand's image

Assisting with social media content creation including: social media trend forecasting/analysis, participating in TikTok/Instagram posts

Attending and replying to customer emails

Support with promotional activities and in-store events as needed

Up-to-date knowledge on products and current fashion trends to offer well informed advice to customers.

Required Skills/Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferably in fashion or related fields)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A "passion for fashion" and an understanding of current trends/labels etc.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
