We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Payroll & Bookkeeping Officer to join our finance team on a part-time basis. If you're organised, efficient, and thrive on getting things done accurately and on time, this role could be a great fit for you!

🔍 About the Role:

Working under the guidance of our Finance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the accurate processing of payroll across 16- 20 locations. This is a critical role that ensures our team is paid correctly and on time every fortnight.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly basis for 16-20 locations

General bookkeeping support

Data entry, reconciliations, and reporting as required

Collaborating with internal teams to clarify payroll information

Strong recall and memory for detail

Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines

Experience with payroll systems and bookkeeping processes

Solid data entry and organisational skills

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the broader finance function

Wednesdays and Thursdays, 14–20 hours per week
