About the role
Newly renovated hotel is seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. We are looking for someone who specialises in Italian cuisine. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is based in Scone, NSW 2337.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, local ingredients

Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Assist with menu planning and development as required

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts

3-5 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role

Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisine types

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Passion for using high-quality, seasonal ingredients

Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
