We are now casting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the talented culinary team at W Sydney. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of a wide range of high-quality dishes in our state-of-the-art kitchen. This full-time role offers the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity while working in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standard

Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards

Collaborating with the Head Chef and other team members to develop new menu items

Ensuring the efficient operation of your designated station

Providing guidance and support to kitchen assistants and commis chefs

Consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests

What we're looking for

Experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen

A passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade

Excellent time management and organisational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

A recognised culinary qualification or equivalent experience
