About the role

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Cobbitty Bakehouse in Cobbitty, NSW. As a full-time Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of delicious breakfast dishes in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our popular bakery and cafe.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items such as cooked breakfasts, pastries, and baked goods

Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in a timely manner

Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Collaborating with the team to enhance the breakfast menu and introduce new dishes

Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer requests and feedback

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation techniques and recipe development

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
