Sales Hunter & Business Development:
Expert IT & Telco is a leading provider of IT solutions specializing in Microsoft Office 365, cybersecurity solutions, remote management tools, and backup services. We are seeking a driven and dynamic New Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales, a hunter mentality, and the ambition to earn uncapped commissions by delivering outstanding results.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a sales professional who thrives in a competitive environment and is skilled at identifying and closing opportunities. This role will focus on contacting and engaging our existing client database to upsell and cross-sell IT services while also generating new opportunities. If you’re a proactive closer with a passion for IT solutions, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact clients in our existing database to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for IT solutions, including Microsoft Office 365, cybersecurity, remote management, and backups.
Actively seek new sales opportunities and generate leads beyond the existing client base.
Close sales deals with decision-makers and deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and recommending the right IT solutions.
Regularly follow up to provide updates on services, industry trends, and new offerings.
Performance & Goal-Driven Strategy:
Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs, motivated by the potential for uncapped earnings.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in Office 365, cybersecurity, remote management, and backup solutions.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Accurately maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate leads and close deals.
Expertise in selling Microsoft Office 365, cybersecurity, remote management, and backup solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with the drive to succeed in a commission-heavy sales role.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes.
Technical aptitude to understand and explain IT solutions to non-technical audiences.
