Comfresh is one of Australia’s leading grower, packer and marketer of premium fresh produce. We work incredibly hard to keep improving the quality of our produce and the service we deliver to our customers Australia wide. Our produce is supplied to all major Australian supermarket chains, independent grocers, and the food service industry.

Start dates will vary depending on the priority and availability. We are currently seeking expression of interest for the following Positions.

· Production Operator (salary in the range of $65,000-$70,000 per annum depending on experience).

The purpose of the Production Operator is operating, monitoring and maintaining machinery and equipment, quality assurance of produce, and adhering to safety and quality standards. This role is essential in ensuring smooth, efficient and high-quality production output.

Applicants will be required to have at least 1 year relevant work experience.

· Production Supervisor (salary in the range of $70,000-$80,000 per annum depending on experience).

The purpose of the Production Supervisor is overseeing the operating, monitoring and maintenance of machinery and equipment, quality assurance of produce, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Leading a team in collaboration with the site manager to achieve targets, while providing guidance, training and support to team members. This role is essential in ensuring smooth, efficient and high-quality production output.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate a Certificate III and at least 1 year relevant work experience, alternatively at least 3 years relevant work experience.

· Primary Product Inspector (salary in the range of $70,000-$80,000 per annum depending on experience).

The purpose the Product Primary Inspector is inspecting the quality of produce to identify any quality issues, ensuring they are promptly raised to the appropriate team members. The role requires strict adherence to compliance, ensuring that all established standards and requirements are consistently met.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate a Diploma and at least 1 year relevant work experience, alternatively at least 3 years relevant work experience.
