Key Duties

Customer Service

Greet and assist customers with gaming enquiries and needs.

Own the service standards of the gaming room.

Actively engage with players to enhance their gaming experience.

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Promote responsible gaming practices and provide necessary support.

Ensure gaming machines are fully functional and report malfunctions to management.

Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts and ticket redemption.

Manage and reconcile cash drops according to established procedures.

Follow protocols for suspicious activity and potential security breaches.

Compliance and Reporting

Comprehensive understanding of and adhere to the Gaming Plan of Management and related policies.

Comply with all relevant gaming regulations and company policies, including age verification, responsible gambling, and anti-money laundering procedures.

Maintain accurate records of incidents in the Gaming Incident Register.

Submit daily reports on gaming operations and any incidents to supervisors.

Relevant Certifications:

NSW Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) licence and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) licence.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience
