Shamrock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee major and complex loss insurance building projects across Adelaide.
This role is ideal for a hands-on and highly organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordinating large-scale projects, and ensures quality outcomes at every stage of the build.
You'll play a key role in managing end-to-end insurance repairs, liaising with a range of stakeholders, and delivering safe, timely, and cost-effective results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of major and complex loss construction projects from start to finish

Supervise subcontractors, site personnel, and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time delivery

Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and all other stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly

Monitor and report on job progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements

Proactively resolve any site issues or delays that may arise

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated experience supervising major loss projects within the insurance building industry

Relevant trade qualifications and or a Certificate/Diploma in Construction Management preferred

Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk mitigation

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
