Pre-Con Ready – 3D walk-throughs, all selections finalised, POs placed.

Your Pay Package

Base: $100K

Car Allowance: $20K

Bonuses: $100K+ based on team performance, 5-star client outcomes, and delivery excellence

OTE: $220K+

The Opportunity Ahead

This is our Senior Supervisor role. You’ll help build our supervisor team, shape our construction culture, and mentor future supervisors while still running your own five jobs. You’ll be at the core of Odeion’s scale-up — helping us deliver custom projects at a national level.
