Property Manager - Richmond

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~170 properties, residential homes/apartments around East/South East Suburbs (within 5km of office)
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Lease renewals, finalising condition reports and inspections
- Support the Property Management division and support more junior staff

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $75,000 - $85,000 + Super

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Car and drivers licence
