As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by;

  • Answering calls and emails from customers needing equipment hire and support
  • Providing quotes, placing orders, and helping customers find the right gear
  • Assisting with organising deliveries, logistics, invoicing, and equipment troubleshooting
  • Working closely with our operations teams to make our customers' jobs easy
  • Supporting digital channels and promotional campaigns when needed
  • Living our values: One Family, Fair Dinkum, Every Customer a Raving Fan, and Taking Hire Higher


About you

  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Confidence on the phone and a love for solving customer problems
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
  • Team player attitude and willingness to pitch in
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Previous customer service experience, especially over phone/email, is a big plus
  • Available to work weekends (the role has staggered shifts on a rotating roster including weekends and early and late shifts).
