About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll report to the Operations Support Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of field operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, processing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians to maximise productivity and coverage
  • Manage daily invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle purchase orders and procurement tasks
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records via online portals
  • Provide outstanding customer support and resolve service-related queries
  • Deliver general administrative support to keep team operations running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a service coordination, operations support, or similar role
  • Experience in a call centre or team-based customer service environment (essential)
  • Proven ability to schedule and manage field-based staff in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with systems like Pronto, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM tools (advantageous)
  • A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technical environments
  • Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities
  • Security clearance (Baseline or NV1) highly regarded
