About the role:

Casual role, located in Birkdale

We are currently seeking an energetic and committed individual to join our friendly team in our Community located in Birkdale. Reporting directly to the Community Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for gardening as well as maintenance of the Village, Pools and facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lawn mowing, whipper snipping and general garden upkeep and maintenance

Conducting chemical spraying for weed management.

Perform routine maintenance to plant and equipment as required

Perform daily cleaning

Pool maintenance

Skills and Experience:

Prior experience in similar role

Previous use of zero turn ride on mowers and lawn equipment

Enjoyment working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Demonstration of using your initiative, self-motivation, and contribution to planning and scheduling

Excellent communication and team work skills

Proactive and highly organised with the ability to multitask

Valid manual drivers license

Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
