Ausfield Services, Port Douglas team are looking for new crew members. If you have experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance, then give us a call. We have several positions ready for immediate start.

current drivers licence manual preferred but auto is acceptable;

construction white card (or ability to ascertain one);

have reliable transport to enable you to get to work each day (our Port Douglas office is located in Craiglie);

positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a team;

passion for working outdoors in beautiful Port Douglas and surrounding areas;

previous experience working in gardening, grounds maintenance or landscaping industry will be highly regarded.

Ausfield Services pays in accordance with the Gardening and Landscaping Award 2020. All positions are ready for an immediate start, but if you need to give your current employer notice, we can accommodate this.

We pay weekly and crew members work up to 38 hours per week Monday to Friday. We supply your uniform shirts and all related safety and protective gear. All we ask in return is that you show up everyday you are scheduled to work, be on time and want to work as part of a great productive, enthusiastic team.
