The Role

• Full time Room Leader working with the 2-3 age group – working with a maximum 15 children per day
• Ensure high levels of communication and collaborate to create an exciting learning environment
• Assist with planning and setting up interactive and engaging environment
• Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
• Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

Role Requirements

• Diploma of Early Childhood and Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Valid WWCC
• 2-3 years previous experience as a full time lead educator
• Understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Full working rights in Australia

The service is looking for an experienced Toddlers room leader. With ongoing training and support from a hands on director and owner, this is a great opportunity for a skilled room leader to take on a new challenge within a supportive work environment. You will be responsible for mentoring other educators to implement the curriculum within the service.
