Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping the future generation? Bellingen Burrows is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team. If you hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, we want to hear from you!

Position Available: Early Childhood Educator.

Please note that due to government regulations you must currently hold an approved qualification in Early Childhood Education, we will be unable to respond to any enquiries that do not hold a qualification in the sector.

Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time (minimum 32 hours per week)

Location: Bellingen Burrows Long Day Care Centre, 11 Bowra Street, Bellingen.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and supervise children in age-appropriate activities

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Implement the curriculum to promote children's learning and development(familiarity with a project based approach an advantage)

Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily routines

Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or;

A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Knowledge of child safe standards and mandatory reporting obligations

First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development
