Our service operates 6:30 am - 6:30 pm Monday to Friday

We are on the hunt for some fun, energetic, creative educators to join our family on a Permanent and Full time basis.

What we are looking for....

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards

Certificate lll in early Childhood Education

OR

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or working towards

Your job will include

Prepare, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups

Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes.

Nurture the whole child’s development, respecting the children’s individual needs, abilities and interests.

Provide consistent, caring and adequate supervision of children at all times

Provide open communication channels with parents and staff

Respect parent’s feedback about the service and raising issues with management immediately

Undertake and implement the requirements of the National Quality Framework

Maintain relevant and accurate data as required and as relevant to National Quality Standards (NQS)

Complete documentation and programs required to support the NQS outcomes

About you

Understand the National Quality Framework

Understanding of the importance in evaluating developmentally appropriate programs and routines for individual children and groups

Understanding around the importance of recording and maintaining accurate observations

Great communication to be able liaise with families and outside agencies when required

A genuine passion for providing a nurturing and caring environment for preschool children aged from 6 weeks to school age
