About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our Team.

Please guys, EXPERIENCED ROOM LEADER IS A MUST.

A position has come available to lead the 2-3 year old room and if you found yourself available for this role we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that support the children's development.

Observing and documenting each child's progress and needs to inform individualised learning plans.

Building strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families.

Ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborating with the wider team to provide continuity of care.

What we're looking for

A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Demonstrated experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, ideally in a long day care or pre-school setting.

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

The ability to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues.

A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and learning experiences.

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
