About the role

We are seeking a talented Service Coordinator to join our team at MOOBOO CONTRACTING & CO Pty.Ltd in Albury, NSW. As a full-time Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the delivery of our services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion of tasks

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to service activities, client interactions, and job completion

Identify and resolve any service-related issues or complaints, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams

Support the sales team by providing accurate information about service offerings and availability

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance the client experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a client-facing service coordination or administrative role, preferably within the service and administration industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes including CRM's.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
