We are a well-established boutique accounting firm located in the heart of Innaloo, WA, offering personalised accounting, tax, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. We are now seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist/Admin Assistant to become an integral part of our team.

Position Overview:
As the Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service with a warm and professional manner. You will also play a key role in supporting our accounting team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

The role is a permanent full-time role 5 days a week.

To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Polite and friendly telephone manner

Professional and organizational skills

Excellent customer service skills.

The ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.

A willingness to learn and obtain new skills.

Be able to provide Police Clearance

This is a permanent position and requires someone with unrestricted ongoing Australian work rights

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a friendly, positive and professional manner.

Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms

Maintaining office supplies and inventory

Assist in administrative tasks and reception duties as required.

Maintaining office cleanliness and organisation

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or business is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, reception, or related fields is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient in using office software.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with local travel as required.
