First National Real Estate Busselton are currently seeking a full time Property Management assistant to join our leading estate agency. To be considered for this high-paced role you must have a professional mind-set and be able to work with the team in a wide range of general administrative tasks.

A brief summary of the role:

Provide quality support to the property management team;

Assist with general telephone enquiries for the rental department;

Assist with preparing property marketing materials,

Assist with general office tasks;

Preparation of proforma contracts and document preparation;

Deliver 5-star customer service at all times

Work alongside the Property Management Team with the latest industry-leading systems

Processing tenancy applications

Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors communication

Assisting with the coordination of maintenance.

Assist with the preparation of property reports.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in an office environment and preferably within an estate agency;

High attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Good at multi-tasking and time management

High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team

Possess strong organisation skills;

Experience with Office 365, Publisher, Word, Excel

Be enthusiastic, passionate and focused on supporting the team to achieve overall goals.
