About the role

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our team at Precision Sports Lighting. As a fulltime member of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality sports lighting installations to our diverse client base. With a strong focus on quality outcomes for our clients, this position offers the chance to work on exciting and innovative projects in a dynamic, growing company, statewide.

What you'll be doing

Performing a range of installations, repair and maintenance tasks to the highest safety and quality standards

Leading and overseeing the work of junior electricians and apprentices

Troubleshooting and problem-solving complex issues

Ensuring all work is completed to relevant Australian standards and industry best practices

Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on their electrical requirements

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken

Liaising with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to coordinate activities

What we're looking for

Qualified Electrician with a current Australian Electrician's Licence

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Electrician, with demonstrated skills in a variety of commercial and industrial electrical installations

Strong experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment

Excellent problem-solving, fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Superior customer service orientation and communication abilities

Ability to lead, motivate and mentor junior team members

Detailed knowledge of relevant Australian standards and safety regulations

Commitment to maintaining high quality workmanship and safety standards
