Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative for a hybrid role that blends both internal sales support and external account management across the Sydney Metro area. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a background in trade supply, metals, or industrial sales, looking to further develop their career with a high-performing team and a stable, reputable business.

Role Responsibilities

Manage an existing portfolio of clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities within the Sydney Metro region.

Provide end-to-end sales support – from quoting and order management to relationship building and site visits.

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions from a wide range of specialty metal and stainless steel products.

Collaborate with internal sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Stay up to date with market trends, product developments, and competitor activity.

Attend industry events and customer sites to strengthen relationships and grow brand presence.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or metals-related industries.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently in the field and collaboratively within a team.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.

A valid driver’s licence is essential (company car provided).

Salay and Benefits

Base – $80k | Super 11.5% | Fully Maintained Car
