We’re on the lookout for a motivated and confident Internal Sales Professional to join our team at our client's Wacol headquarters. You’ll be front and centre—connecting with customers, supporting the field sales team, and playing a pivotal role in driving business growth. This is more than just another phone sales role. It’s a pathway into a booming industry, with real career development and access to high-performing mentors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads
  • Building genuine customer relationships that drive repeat business
  • Supporting the field sales team to close key opportunities
  • Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to sale
  • Reactivating lapsed accounts and following up with existing clients
  • Educating customers on the value of market leading civil construction technology

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident, clear communicator with experience in phone-based sales
  • Strong customer service skills and a relationship-first mindset
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up habits and CRM experience
  • 2–4 years in a sales or customer service role (B2B preferred)
  • Interest in construction, earthmoving or tech is a big bonus
