At Sydney Harbour Days, we specialise in unforgettable boat hire experiences on one of the world’s most iconic harbours. We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-savvy Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life across digital channels; crafting compelling content, managing boat listings, driving engaging campaigns, and shaping the voice that connects us with our clients. From email marketing and SEO to reels and influencer collabs, you’ll have your hands in everything that keeps our business visible, vibrant, and full of good vibes.
You’ll work closely with a passionate team that values clear communication, genuine connection, and a good laugh along the way. If you’re a self-starter who loves content, has a sharp eye for design, and enjoys wearing a few hats, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing & Customer Communications
Maintain a regular EDM schedule with targeted campaigns and helpful content
Work with the sales team to promote timely offers and updates
Monitor open rates and engagement to continuously refine and A/B test email strategy
2. Website & Listings Management
Maintain accurate content for 160+ boat listings, including specs, pricing, photos, seasonal availability and bespoke campaign pages
Ensure listings are visually polished, easy to navigate, and aligned with our brand voice
Update site content via WordPress and HubSpot
Assist with SEO and keyword optimisation
Write spotlight features, blog posts, and FAQs to enhance customer experience
3. Content Creation & Social Media
Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest using Canva and Meta Business Suite
Coordinate user-generated content and influencer collaborations
Capture content directly or liaise with operators during charters (photos, reels, stories)
Align all visual assets with our brand look and tone
4. Campaigns & Brand Marketing
Support seasonal campaigns and content launches with creative input and execution
Assist with promotional materials, event marketing, and brand partnerships
Help maintain visual and tone consistency across all marketing channels
Work closely with the sales and ops team to align messaging and promotions
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track content and campaign performance across social, web, and email
Share insights on engagement and lead generation
Identify ways to improve based on performance data
Required Skills and Attributes
Exceptional attention to detail—particularly across listings and customer-facing content
Strong eye for layout and design; loves creating visually appealing content
Confident, clear writer with excellent grammar and tone
Experienced with Canva, WordPress (or similar CMS), and Meta Business Suite
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
Friendly communicator who enjoys working as part of a small, fast-growing remote team
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, email marketing platforms
