KOJA is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, support sales targets, and advance our key business priorities.

Salary: $90-$100k plus superannuation

To support this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing the KOJA brand to life across all key touchpoints. You’ll bring experience in brand execution, content strategy, and performance tracking to help elevate our brand presence and drive meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management
- Lead the execution of KOJA’s brand and content strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and initiatives.
- Support new product launches, including project management & creative execution.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to develop high-quality creative assets that align with the brand.

Digital Marketing
- Oversee the development of on-brand, engaging content across social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations and brand website.
- Manage and contribute to KOJA’s annual content calendar, aligning themes with the broader marketing strategy.
- Own and optimize KOJA’s email marketing – including driving audience growth and developing engaging copy.

Trade Activation
- Support the preparation and coordination of trade marketing materials for trade activations and events that drive brand visibility and retail performance.

Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance across all digital channels using data insights to refine content and overall marketing strategies.
- Track website and Shopify performance to drive ongoing improvements and sales growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 3+ years’ full time experience in brand marketing with a strong track record of executing impactful brand strategies & campaigns.
- Demonstrated success managing end to end product launches, showcasing excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and brand ambassadors.
- A consumer-first mindset, with a deep understanding of audience needs and a genuine passion for connecting with them.
- Creative flair with a strong ability to generate fresh ideas, contribute to concept development, and bring campaigns to life in engaging and original ways.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to leverage data and insights to inform decisions and optimise outcomes.
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and Canva; experience with CapCut is a plus.
