As a lean but highly ambitious team, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who thrives in remote settings and understands how to build high-converting brand ecosystems that speak directly to a global, female-led audience.

About the Role

This is a full-time role for a marketing professional with a strong track record in the health, wellness, and e-commerce space. You’ll lead the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels and regions, ensuring consistent voice, performance, and impact across both NOVUM and Health & Balance Vitamins. You’ll be responsible for executing paid and organic strategies, managing content, analysing performance, and supporting our growing brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns across email, social media, website, paid and more

• Write strategic, conversion-focused content tailored to audience segments

• Support brand-led launches, social initiatives, and educational campaigns

• Track and analyse performance across platforms (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Manage day-to-day social media scheduling, copy, community engagement, and insights

• Coordinate with external creatives and internal team to ensure timely delivery

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, digital media, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (preferably in health, wellness, or e-commerce)

• Demonstrated experience managing brand-level social media accounts

• Experience working in international or multi-market contexts

• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Meta Business Manager, Canva, and performance tracking tools

Strong communication, project management, and remote work capability

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and drive performance

• Deep understanding of customer psychology and the female wellness market is a plus
