Atlas Partners are currently working with a well known Aged Care organisation based in the South Eastern suburbs, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable officer into their growing team.

The Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts and fee updates, generating (billing) and releasing monthly accounts with 100% accuracy
• Maintaining and ensuring an accurate and up-to-date billing system
• Generating and sending out ad hoc client invoices
• Repay RAD’s as per legal requirements and within the nominated timeframes
• Collecting and allocating payments
• Performing customer account reconciliations
• Investigating and resolving customer queries
• Maintaining the debtors ledger

The Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience undertaking accounts receivable duties – in the aged care sector
• Strong ability to communicate with external clients to ensure timely collection of debts.
• A strong proficiency in negotiating positive outcomes.
• Attention to detail and be highly organised and decisive.
